I am trying to create a default answer form to any email that is received in one of our public folders. The mail received here is from customers and needs to be from a single email address by default. Rather than relying on the user remembering to select 'Send As', the from field should be hard set as "CustomerService@Contoso.com".
I can set the default in the customized form but when running, it fails to deliver.
Any help?
