Messages sent via Brother MFC 'scan to email' or Send to --> Mail Recipient arrive in Sent Items folder of shared mailbox and not senders default pop account.
Outlook 2010 client is configured with a pop account and exchange shared mailbox. If I send from the pop account using New E-mail option then messages arrive in the correct Sent Items folder.
The shared mailbox is configured in online mode, this to avoid sync issues when running macros etc. Not not been able to find anything related to this particular problem. Configuring another exchange account with the shared mailbox does not help, it seems that the preference is the Sent Items folder of the shared mailbox. I note that I can see messages via the Outbox of the default account. Been able to replicate behaviour on 2 computers. Can anyone suggest how to resolve please?
