Populate textbox values from one form to another form.

Hi all,

Is there a way to take a textbox value from one form and populate a textbox in another form. What I have is a custom task form that when an associate reaches a certain point a checkbox is clicked and it opens a custom meeting request. I have it populating the required, optional and subject lines but would also like to carry over additional information into the meeting request form from the task form to eliminate having to populate this information that has already been populated in the task form.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
