Hi,

I am using microsoft exchange 2003 and currently my colleagues are accessing my mailbox and replying mails from my mailbox. Mails that are sent out by my colleagues are showing as "XXX on behalf of my name", can this be changed to reflect my colleague's name, without the "on behalf"?

Appreciate some assistance on this. Thank you.
 
Yes, but the administrator needs to fix it. He needs to give the other users 'sendas' permission in the AD.

Thanks for the advice. Can you advice where to grant other users the "sendas permissions" (in outlook - which options?)?
