Select Outlook account for BCM?

Hi, my first post.

I have Outlook 2013 running as part of my MS365 Enterprise subscription. In Outlook I have 4 mail accounts, the core Exchange account associated with the 365 account + 3 IMAP accounts from various sources.

I have just installed BCM, but can not find a way to connect BCM with anything other than the default account. I actually need it to connect with one of the IMAP accounts, so appointments go to that calender, contacts in that account etc. I need to keep this separate from other stuff happening in the Exchange account.

Any idea how to do this? I have tried to set up synch with the data file, but this just crashes outlook as soon as the synch is finished, and does not load the contacts to the right account anyway!
 
You'll need to set up a separate profile and set the desired account as the default. When Exchange is in the profile, it likes to be the boss and may cause problems so a profile that doesn't have an exchange account would be best.

That said, if you are using the imap data file for calendar and contacts, you may need to use a local pst for the default calendar and local contacts - BCM may not like the new imap data files.
