Outlook 2007 Select Names Default columns

I have a user that has created detailed contacts. He wants to be able to create a distributions list from these contacts using a field typically not found on the Select Names window. Default columns are Name, Display Name, and Email Address. He wants to add a column such as Country (exists in the contact record) and add it into the columns displayed, then sort and mass select the names to populate the distributions list.

WOW thanks for the fast reply. The concern is that when we edit the contacts that the updated changes for to the distributions list. Using the method above will the contacts in the DL update?
 
If you use the names, yes, they will be update-able. Outlook will resolve them to contacts.[DOUBLEPOST=1410891242,1410889377][/DOUBLEPOST]Hmmm. They aren't updating for me now in outlook 2013.
