Hello,
I have a consultant who is no longer contracted to our company. We had set up a POP3 account from our domain but have since changed his password so he can no longer send/receive from that account.
When he send/receives, he gets an error message that he needs to input his password.
He still needs to be able to access the emails he has downloaded into Outlook 2010 in case he needs to reference them.
How can we stop the error message but still allow him to have access to the emails in his Outlook folders?
We don't want him to keep having this error pop up as he has two other accounts in his Outlook.
What can we do?
Thanks,
Dave
