Hi,
I am using Office 365 OWA, with outlook 2013 with the desktop. I have come across the limit with mail rules and have also expanded that size to the maximum. I probably do have way too many email rules and as I research solutions to this, the common one is to combine mail rules. That makes a lot of sense in by also reducing the number of mail folders into more friendlier forms, like changing all the emails from different retailers from their own individual specific company folder into a combined "retail" folder. However, with the main suggestion to combine these different rules into one, no one gives an example. I have had a tinker, but for instance, in OWA, (I use server rules) once you choose the option received from, that option cannot be used in that rule again. So how do you add another or many email addresses into the one rule??
