E-mail held in Outbox while Minimized

User has matching Outlook Profiles open on two computers, one their local desktop and the other they RDP into. Email is getting held in the Outbox on the RDP computer until Outlook is "Restored" on that computer. All Sent Email is held as long as the Outlook window is minimized. The Email is being created with their CRM application that uses Outlook as the Email Editor.
They use Office 365 with the Exchange Service as their Email Service Provider.

Is there a Utility or configuration that will reasonably assure all Email is sent as soon as it's created? Or is having the User keep Outlook Restored on both computers their only option?

Is Send immediately when connected enabled? That *should* be all you need to do. Can you disable cached mode on the CRM machine? That would send it immediately as there is no place to hold it in outlook.

Thank you Diane, I'll check on these items after the User leaves their office for the day, and then check back here! :)
 
Ok, I tried what was suggested. Send Immediately was already enabled. BUT, and I HOPE I've recovered, but when I Disabled Cached Exchange Mode, the Outbox filled up with 256 emails, clear back to 2014. I think I was able to get the Cache Re-Enabled before they went out, but Oh MY, that would have been a disaster of Epic proportions, and that Really concerns me about that Suggestion off the cuff like this. I will now seek an Outlook Technician to help with this issue. Thanks for your effort.
