Outlook mail adressing stops after first match in GAL

Outlook 2019 64-bit
Email Account
Exchange Server 2013
Then sending an email and typing the name in the field "To" the adresssearch stops after the first match of the name in the global adreslist. Contacts in my personal adressbook didn´t appear. For example "Mark Simple" in GAL and "Donald Simple" in personal contact. When typing "Simple" only "Mark Simple" from GAL appears.


Is this the correct and normal way Outlook works?
