Hi we use Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2010 clients.
The company uses a public calendar to book appointments to show when customers or if a colleague is on holiday / out of office.
When ever we added an appointment to the public calendar it would ask would you like to copy this to your private calendar.
This no longer happens. This dialogue box used to be very useful as reminders would fire.
Any thoughts on why this isn't working anymore.
