I am looking for a way to change the title of my private appointments for others to see. For example, many times my staff tries to set up a meeting and they look at my calendar to see that I have multiple "private appointments" throughout the day which makes it look like I am busy when they really are just notes or reminders or things that my family has on the calendar that don't affect my day.
Can I simply change the way it displays to say "Private Note" or something similar?
Any ideas?
