Shared Calendar Outlook 2010

Hello,

I have a user here who is managing a few calendars on he Outlook. When she sends an appointment mail to those shared calendar users, she can see the appointments updated on her screen in those respective calendars except for one. On one shared calendar she cannot see the update unless the user manually accepts it from his Outlook. How can I solve this? As I have mentioned this happens with only one shared calendar.

it sounds like the one person's appt aren't being autoaccepted as tentative. Check the settings in File, options, mail - near the bottom is automatically process meeting requests.

Yes, it was enabled already. However, I used another work around to solve this. I opened the Outlook in safe mode by running the outlook /safe command and all her entries for that particular calendar were there. Then, I closed the safe mode and started Outlook normally and everything was intact. Thanks for your help though.
