Viewing shared calendar on smart phones

Hi,

I have two questions I am looking for direction on:

  1. when a shared calendar is added, it takes on the categories color of the person who created the shared calendar. is there anyway to view both the categories colors for the different calendar?
  2. we have a shared calendar and cannot view it on our smart phones. is this due to us using an exchange? is there a way to view this shared calendar on our smart phones?
 
1. No, not in 2010. Categories are per user.

2. It's a limitation of exchange - only the default calendar is synced. plus, its not stored in your mailbox and only your mailbox syncs. There are sync utilities that copy the calendar to the mailbox so it will sync.
