When doing a free/busy search on a meeting room's calendar, we would like to show the Meeting organizer's name.
In other words we would like to see who the organizer is, but NOT the actual subject of the meeting in the room and the availability that's all. Nothing else. We can then phone the organizer and ask the organizer to move the meeting if need be. The subject must not be made available as many meetings are private. As per this article below, there are 4 options to set for the permissions, but none of these work. REVIEWER shows all info for the meetings so its not suitable. Any ideas to only display "certain details" on the calendar when doing a free/busy search ?
