Viewing tasks with mail?

Is there a way to view my iCloud tasks on the left hand side with my mail folders so I can easily drag emails and turn them into tasks? Right now I can right click and drag an email into the Task folder, but then i have to take a second step and drag it into the correct iCloud task folder. This was a very helpful feature of 2007 -- how do i set it up that way in Outlook 2013?
