I would like to have a rule that would delete an email, if another email comes in that would supercede that email.
For example:
We get an email when a file has not been received by a certain time. It looks like this:
"Expected file is late: (Vendor) - (File_Name)"
Then, after it hits a certain timeframe, it is no longer considered late, it's considered missing. That email looks like this:
"Expected file was never received: (Vendor) - (File_Name"
Every vendor/file_name has it's own unique parameters for when it's considered late, vs. when it's considered missing.
I would like to know if there's a way to automatically delete the email that is warning me that it's late, if an email comes in that says that it's not received, because at that point it's implied that it's late. The end goal would be able to identify which files consistently arrive late, but do eventually come in, vs. which files are consistently never received.
