I am having difficulty with a common and simple search, followed by selection to view, for emails that are filed in various Outlook folders.
The scenario is that I want to find an email by a person "Wadley". I know there may be a dozen or 30 emails from/to, perhaps 2-3 years old. Searching for that name from Inbox will find (say) 18 occurrences, once I broaden the scope to Current Mailbox. Which folder is each filed into?
I have several virtual folders created, for mail received Today, in the Last 7 days, etc. For these, I was able to specify columns and choose one called "In Folder".
That's what I want to be able to see with my ad hoc searches. But I can't find it when using the Field Chooser.
