recipient cache?

Hey all. Just bought a new laptop and upgraded to win10 from win7. Office365 installed. During Outlook contact searches I noticed lots of duplicates, and on further inspection the duplicates are in some folder called "recipient cache". What's the story here and how can I get rid of these? My work gets very confusing if there are duplicates in the database and even the appearance of them is a problem.
