Adding a mail address/recipient type field to a form

Hi,




I am desperately trying to add a new field to an Outlook form.


I would like the new field to include one user name and that it will have the same functionalities like any other recipient field (like check names).




In addition I would like to set a default value for this field as the current user.

Outlook doesn't provide any way to add new recipient-type fields.
