Based on info on this page:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HP011128601033.aspx, I simply
uninstalled the existing Microsoft Office 2007 Primary Interops via Vista's
Programs and Features (formerly Add and Remove Programs) and re-ran the
Business Contact Manager installation. It worked like a charm.
Too bad MS doesn't bother to suggest when the error message initially comes
up. It would save MS money, Support time and effort, and Users a great deal
of frustration and disappointment.
