fix client/server conversation error message

meetings on outlook calendar are not syncing with an android telephone but e-mails are synced with outlook. how do you fix it?
 
This is using exchange Active Sync or did you configure the account as a POP3 account? You need to configure it as an Exchange account and it will sync over the air and include the calendar and contacts.
