  1. Remove the email account
  2. Close Outlook
  3. Delete the .OST file for the problematic email account
  4. Re-open Outlook
  5. Add the email account ( Using Outlook Hotmail COnnector )
  6. Once finished, close and re-open Outlook
  7. Change the Download Mode for this email account to download only headers from "Define Send/Receive groups"
  8. CLose and re-open Outlook.
Your issue will be FIXED!!!!!

This is a known issue with Outlook Hotmail Connector and not sure whether Microsoft fix it or Not

Did you empty the safe and blocked lists on both the server and in outlook? underscores and other non-alphanumeric characters are known to cause this error. Also, don't use underscores or dashes in folder names.
