When I try to select a link embedded in an e-mail; ie. trying to select "view bill" from a utility company; I get this message "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator". I never got this message until a few days ago, and I don't think I've changed any setting. This is a personal computer and NOT part of any network. I'm not very savvy and would really appreciate any help. Thanks. Steve
