E-mail links

Outlook version

In Outlook 2007 I used to be able to clink on a link in an incoming e-mail and it takes you to the website. I now get a message saying general failure, the system cannot find the specified file.:( Have I accidentally deleted a function or disabled something?

Thanks Diane, I'll try that.

I'm also getting major problems with outlook crashing repeatedly on opening. It goes straight into e-mail send-receive mode and then crashes.

I get this message:

This could be the send/receive file (*.srs) - find and delete it then restart outlook. In Windows 7/8, you can type or paste %appdata%\Microsoft\outlook in the address bar of windows explorer to jump to it.
