How to configure https mail account

Hi There,

Hope you are enjoying your holidays.

Accessing my client email ( outlook ) vial https in web browser. Is there any way to configure the https in outlook 2003.

The HTTP protocol (formerly used with Hotmail accounts, now disabled by hotmail) that would allow Outlook to connect via OWA requires HTTP.

However... Outlook 2003 supports RPC over HTTP (now called Outlook Anywhere) and if its enabled on the server, you can use Outlook to connect to your mailbox over the internet. It's configured in Tools, Account Settings, double click on your account then More settings - its on the bottom of the Connection tab. THe proxy server may be your OWA URL - try it anyway. If it fails, talk to your admin.
