Track emails in OWA

Hi folks

I'm new here and looking for assistance. My company use OWA and employees receive their work cases there and the turnaround time is 24 hours, after completion employees need to reply the email advising it's done. Is there a reporting app available so I can track this? Basically I want to a report showing for each email received, how long it takes for employees to reply.
