Can't save font type in Outlook 2010

Here's what I get when I go to Outlook 2010 - File / Options / Mail / Stationary and Fonts - I cannot save a particular Theme. I cannot even save the No Theme --- here's what I get when I OK out Options / Mail / Stationary & Fonts - after having changed a Theme or going to No Theme and getting out of there by hitting the OK's - "This File does not exist" --- hitting the OK on that little window leaves me hanging in the Stationary & Fonts.

Has anyone an idea as to how to overcome this problem?
