I need a way to include a preset Bcc address on all new messages and replies. I understand that I can include a Bcc address in a template and select the template manually, but is it possible to set up a default template that is used for all new messages and replies automatically?




I tried this method, but it did not work (there were no errors, but a Bcc was not sent).


To automatically Bcc all outgoing messages
 
do you have macros enabled? File, Options, Trust Center macros. Set it on low during testing. you'll probably need to restart outlook to enable the macros.
 
I thought I replied to this a few days ago - but if the problem is not as larry suggests (it should work if you have macros enabled), I have a list of 3rd party tools at Automatically BCC All Messages | Slipstick Systems - the code sample there should be very similar to outlookcode's.
