Appointment Tab has changed

Hi Guys, please can you help me.

When I click on New Appointment in Calendar the first tab (which used to read 'Appointment') has changed to 'SMSAppointmentFormRemNoAttNo'.

If I then create a new appointment this gets appeneded to IPM.Appointment in Message Class becoming IPM.Appointment.SMSAppointmentFormRemNoAttNo

I don't use custom forms and have always only used the default for new appointments.

I am using Outlook 2010 Version 14.0.6123.5001 (32-bit) and Windows XP SP3

Right click on the Calendar folder, Choose Properties. There is a field called "when posting to this folder use" - the default form outlook installs is ipm.appointment - select it and apply. This won't change existing appointments but new appointments will use the standard form.

a utility called docmessageclass can change the existing items to use the appt. form.
