CAN'T SAVE OUTLOOK 2010 E-MAIL TEMPLATE (.oft)

Following advise from another earlier thread to create e-mail template -- open e-mail, enter text and save as .oft file, it did work but stopped. I deleted file so folder is clean except for what was originally there. Followed steps again and it won't save as an .oft file. Now which destruct-o button did I accidently push?

I've been trying to set up an e-mail template and use to confirm an account case. Working on this for two days poke, poking way without success. Help. :(
