Hi all,
this is my first post on this forum.
I must say that I use Google Apps for Business together with Outlook 2010 and the Google Apps Sync tool, so I hope somebody is willing to help me.
The problem is that when I want to send an email to a person for the first time, Outlook 2010 won't let me send it. It just doesn't want to allow the email address.
I get this message without any error code, that says: Can't send the email, try to restart Outlook.
Unfortunately that doesn't solve the problem.
Even if I create a new contact first, with that email address, Outlook won't let me save the contact.
But if I first log in to Gmail via a webbrowser, create the contact, let the Google Sync tool do its job, Outlook 2010 will let me send mail to that email address.
Does somebody have a clue?
Kind regards,
Joeri
