My Outlook for some unknown reason has reverted to using on the Last Name for File As" default which gives me lots of problems. I'm no longer able to find and open a Contact by company without performing a search. I had spent a lot of time carefully setting the File As fields just the way I wanted them and now they are all the same. I will live with all the Contacts using the Last name as the File As setting, and change them to the way I want on an individual basis. Any help out there?
