My OL 2010 Contacts folder defaults to showing the Home Address for my contacts . How can I change it to show the Business Address for all existing and default to Business for new entries as well?:confused:
 
No, I didn't publish a form. And now this is strange... I see that it is defaulting to Business now on all NEW contacts but there are many existing entries that are still showing Home addresses (and the entry is blank) when I open them. When I select business, the address is in there. Is there a way to force all contacts to show Business as the address?
 
You can use VBA to copy the business address to the mailing address. See bulk-change-outlook-contacts-file-as-format - use the main code at the top and replace the with objcontact... end with block with the change mailing address block.
