I know I am not the first person to run into this issue and wanted to see if this is already been discussed.
JOE sends a meeting request to ALICE in Outlook. ALICE declines and JOE gets the decline. His tracking status for the meeting is updated to indicate ALICE has declined. Now JOE goes back into the meeting and makes a change (say adds a document into it) and clicks on send update, ALICE gets the meeting invite again despite having declined and the tracking status in JOE's calendar indicating she has declined.
Our users are annoyed with this functionality which is understandable if a meeting is sent to say 50 users and 10 decline it but still keep getting subsequent updates to it.
