Outlook keeps sending multiple emails to invitees when a meeting is canceled. It is random, it doesn't happen everytime. We are on Exchange 2010 and using Outlook 2010 64 bit. When ever this user either cancels or edits a recurring meetings, the invitees could get 5 or 20 repeat messages. This is becoming quite a problem and because sometime 50 people are in on a meeting, and it fills up the users sent box as well with all these. Her laptop has been reimaged twice and her iPhone has just had the latest ios update. When I checked the header info on the messages at first it showed sent from Apple, but since disconnecting and reconnecting her phone to the corporate email and updating her ios I haven't seen the headers say Apple. It appears like everything is coming from the exchange servers. She does also share a calendar with her boss with whom these meeting are scheduled. Any help or suggestions would be great, this is very frustrating!
