Outlook keeps redownloading inbox 3.99gb

hi

i have issue with outlook 2010 32 bit all updated.

i have configured it correctly . it starts downloading inbox starting at 3.99gb and when it finishes (dont know if it reaches 0 because i havent monitored every mb decrease . ) but i have noticed the lowest reading of 200 mbs . then it starts again downloading . (and again i havent noticed when and from which size it starrted downloading because at the time i checked it would have reading 3.5gb).

how to solve it . its driving one of our user crazy and is eating a lot of bandwidth

Is this a POP3 account? Do you have more than one account delivered to the same data file? Try making a new data file and deliver only one account to the pst file (if you are using multiple accounts).
 
No this is exchange 2010 account. Exchange and outlook are fully updated.

I have reinstalled office recreated profile but still same issue.

Also only one account is configured on outlook. And it has its own ost file.
