adding web address to email

Outlook version
Outlook 2013 64 bit
Email Account
IMAP
when i add a website address in an email, the receiver sees the website address but can't click on it to go the website. they have to copy it and paste it in the address bar to go to it. how do i get the link to appear in blue so that the receiver can just click on it and go to the website?
