Hello Outlook forum,
I'm having an issue with a client of mine, whom is experiencing the following.
He uses Icloud for his personal agenda and adds it to outlook to stay up-to-date. However, whenever he does this, his personal account (not his exchange account) will refuse to open attachments and give the error that to many items are opened at the same time.
His exchange account, opens attachments without problems, it's only the none-exchange account that has the issue.
I've tried disabling the add-on in outlook to see if it would have any effect, but unforunately it had none.
Whenever Icloud is turned on, outlook presents this issues and I can't seem to resolve it for him.
I believe his personal account is a POP/IMAP account, I'd have to check again to be sure.
I hope someone will be able to give me some ideas or perhaps a solution.
Cheers in advance,
Lucas
