Outlook 2007 Attachments.

Hi all,

I have searched through the forum and on various MS and Office forums but cannot seem to find a solution to this problem.

I have a user that regularly receives email attachments in .htm format. They can open then in IE, but if they right click> Print on a attachment then they get the "Open" "Save" "Cancel" options, click open, and then nothing happens.

They are running Windows 7 with all updates etc.

I have tried this on my own machine, also running windows 7, and the process is the same apart from I get a print dialogue after I choose the open option.

I have tried the Print all attachments option by highlighting the email, then File>Print> Checkbox> Print attached files, but that also does not print the attachments, just the email message.

So can anyone help?

Cannot print attachments from Outlook 2007.

It seems like they can print other attachments, and also open the .htm files in IE and can print from there, but not from right clicking, and selecting print on the attachment.

Could this be a permissions issue?
