No email accounts in outlook. Cannot add email

One day I couldn't open outlook 2013 in windows 8.1. Now I have messed with it enough and wonder if somebody has a fix. I've been able to delete profile and have a new profile. I am unable to add any email addresses. I get an error code. 0x8004011c. People are talking about Microsoft exchange. However I am just a home user that just uses imap and pop although just imap really. I have a trial edition on a laptop and the email addresses go into the data file as .ost. I cannot get the files in the data file and email file.

Any ideas would be great. Thx.
 
No it does not. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the whole ms office suite and that worked ok. I was able to activate however I was told I wouldn't be able to activate again. When I reinstalled I learned that all of the files on the computer would still be there. So how did that solve my problem. Well it didn't. I am able to put a pop mail in but am required to put in the ingoing password and then the outgoing password each time I open outlook. That seems real strange. The imap email addresses cannot be added. I get that error code.

I have created new profiles but that doesn't help. My only option that I've seen on the web is to create a new 8.1 profile but that seems strange an very awkward.
 
Whats the best way to delete your profile other than using registry keys
 
Thank You!!! Will get that accomplished at least. It will then ask me for email addresses to add which I won't want to do because it will reject those addresses and give me an error code. I'll just say add email later to at least use the interface.
