Delegate can't see inbox.

Hi everyone,
I am the delegate of another admin, we set the delegate up on her last vacation. I am set as Editor of everything, can view private items. It worked fine for a while.

Here is my issue.
When I open her folder and it goes to the inbox it tells me there is nothing there ... even though her inbox is so full of items it's down right crazy!
However, if I choose to view unread items only I see any unread items she has in her inbox.
Does anyone know how I could fix this issue?
