Outlook 365 Group INBOX by date but not by date and time

I want my INBOX to be sorted by date and not date and time. I can Group Print by date but when new message comes with different time the date header line prints between messages again. I only want the date line to appear when the date changes and not when time changes for same date. Thank you for any help. I attached Inbox image.

If you want by date - you need to use Date groups - but it won't group by importance. The only other option is a macro to set the date in a new field, but it might not be sortable (not all custom fields can sort.)
