Contact photos are distorted

Outlook version
Outlook 2016 32 bit
Email Account
Office 365 Exchange
This is true for a few of my contact pictures. The picture looks fine in the card view, but is horribly distorted in the preview pane. Changing the picture on the card does not change the old distorted image in the preview. Is there a cache to clear somewhere that might address this issue?
