VBscript stops running after updating form

Hello,

I tried to update my team's custom form, and whenever I make any kind of update, even a small one like changing the tab order for one field, all of the scripts break when I try to run the form again. We did the registry fix in 2018 after the Windows update and have been able to use our forms since, and we were also able to update the form no problem until now. Any ideas why this is happening?
