When you click the Categories control on the Tags section of the toolbar in Outlook, you get a list of (commonly? recently? socially acceptable?) categories. Is there any way to edit or change this list. I have changed jobs and so my use of categories has changed radically. To access them I now need to click several more times than usual, which is a waste of time. Not as much a waste of time as trolling through the internet trying to find a solution ... but still ...
