Add imap account issue

Outlook version:     outlook new
Email type or host:    imap
Hello，I bound my enterprise email account to Outlook using the IMAP method, but it gave the following error message.

I can confirm that the IMAP parameters and password I entered are correct, because I can configure it normally on Thunderbird.

May I ask what caused this situation?
