To run the command, you must have a space after outlook.exe and before the
/.
If you wish to delete the messages, you will need to use a tool to do this.
Ensure Outlook is in offline mode as well to avoid the annoying crashes.

After furious head scratching, Glenn asked:
| Milly,
|
| When I tried that, it states Windows cannot find.
|
| I've found out it is crashing when it tries to send 15 messages that
| don't exist. If I run outlook without doing a send/receive, it will
| not crash. As soon as I hit the send/receive button, it tries to
| send the 15 messages and crashes. All this started when I moved some
| old email files from another computer into a new folder I set up on
| my outlook. I've since removed(deleted) this new folder and its
| files, but it still is attempting to send these 15 messages that
| don't exist.
|
| Thank you
