Relay Access Denied message

Outlook 2010 64 bit
Email Account
POP3
I can receive mail on my home laptop but cant send. Keep getting 554 5.7.1. relay access denied message. Any idea how to fix this? I have 3 emails coming to this laptop and the gmail one seems to be working sending and receiving but the others are not.
