Dropped attachments

I receive messages on both my Blackberry and my laptop Windows Email account. There is one contact that I receive messages from that shows there is an attachment on my Blackberry but when I look on my laptop the attachment is not included in the email. I receive attachments from all other contacts and when this one specific contact sends group emails with attachments everyone receives the attachment except me. When others forward the email from this specific contact I receive the attachment but I do not receive it directly from the sender.
 
Is the message size in Outlook large enough to contain the message? If so, ty forwarding it to yourself - if the attachment appears, it's because outlook re-wrote the message header and fixed the corruption that hd the attachment.
